Python Job: Python Software Engineer - Remote

Yummy Future is a US-based food & beverage robotic startup (Yummy-future.com). We design, build and operate robotic coffee shops.

We are looking for a Senior Python Developer to build high-quality functional and efficient server-side applications that meet Yummy future's needs. If you’re a senior developer with a love for back-end technologies, we’d like to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Building efficient server-side applications
• Integrating front-end components into applications
• Checking code from other developers and coaching junior team members
• Help design and implement functional requirements
• Build efficient back-end features in Python
• Integrate front-end components into applications
• Manage testing and bug fixes
• Prepare technical documentation
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design into the code
• Coach junior team members
• Implement software enhancements and suggest improvements

Qualifications

• 4+ years of solid experience as Python Developer
• Experience with Python frameworks (e.g. Django, Flask, Bottle)
• Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS) and REST API
• Understanding of databases and SQL
• Able to integrate multiple data sources and databases into one system
• Understanding of the threading limitations of Python, and multi-process architecture
• Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
• Python (Libraries: Boto3 (AWS SDK), Kubernetes client, unittest)
• Kubernetes (General development, Cluster configuration, Cluster deployment, Components: KIAM, KeyCloak)
• Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Docker (Image management, Image security compliance)
• Security (Certificate management, Customer security infrastructure including accesses and access controls)
• Source code control (Git process flows)
• Strong unit test and debugging skills
• Understanding of fundamental design principles behind a scalable application
• Experience with AWS products such as API Gateway, Lambda is plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹2,000,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
